Archlight Web is a small web design studio in the St. Louis area. This page explains, in plain English, what information we have, how we use it and how to ask us to remove it.

What we collect

If you email us, we have your email address and whatever you send us.

We also use business information that is already public, such as a business's name, type, address, phone number, website and public email address. It comes from Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset, and we use it to find local businesses and contact them about a new website.

We don't add cookies, analytics or tracking scripts to this website, and it has no forms. Cloudflare, which hosts it, may set a security cookie to protect the site from bots.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to you, to build and show you a free preview of a new website for your business, and to do the work you ask us to do.

Each free preview sits at a private link that isn't listed anywhere, and it comes down after 21 days.

Who else sees it

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run Archlight Web. Cloudflare hosts this website, Gmail (from Google) handles our email, and Claude (from Anthropic), an AI service, helps us build previews and write emails.

How long we keep it

We keep it only as long as it's useful for our work with you. If you ask, we'll delete it, except for a note on our do-not-contact list, so that we never contact you again.

Removing your information or stopping contact

Email archlightweb@gmail.com and tell us you'd like to be removed or never contacted again. We'll add you to our do-not-contact list, and we won't contact you again.
